Alex plants a tree

We got 2 more trees from arborday.org yesterday. In the roots was this tiny little 8" red maple. I asked Alex if he'd like his own tree. Of course he did. We didn't have pot small enough. So we drilled holes into the bottom of his coffee canister. Then he mixed the dirt and sand added his vitamins to the soil, put his tree in and watered it.
