Andrew's Car themed birthday party

Ok, all you creative types, I need your help.

We need games and activities for Andrew's birthday party a week from Saturday. #1, low cost/free games/activities. Age group 3 to 5.

So far:

Car races: Blow your race car across the finish line

Donkey: Pin the something on whatever (can't remember what he picked)

Jumping monkeys: Andrew found a monkey toy he really wanted to use, so which monkey jumps the highest.

Obstacle course: The kids are the cars and have to make their way through a course SUPER FAST (not sure if we have the space to set this up)

Costumes: Parade around for the adults complete with special intro i.e. "Andrew the Blue Jungle Fury Power Ranger."

For the cupcakes, I thought I'd use an Oreo, some frosting and stick a lifesaver on it to make it look like a tire standing up. Stupid? Just sprinkles and call it a day?

We definitely need at least one more game.

What about license plates? Make a frame around a white sheet of paper, then as they arrive, they can decorate/write their name/whatever, their own license plate (with crayons of course).
