Fortunately, the robber was in his car. Unfortunately, the real cuffs were stolen by another robber. (The second robber is saying, "HAHAHA")

Awesome.... How can I go about possibly getting a 1st Edition?? Hopefully I am "in" good enough with the author/illustrator to get a pre-release copy before going to the publisher?
