Trail blazers

After watching El Dorado for the something-ith time, Alex and Andrew are adventurers. It helps that Phineas and Ferb went on a treasure hunt for Badbeard's Treasure.

With fall comes many, many leaves. Having lived in the new city, Saratoga Springs previously, the chicklets weren't used to seeing so many leaves fall. Here in Payson with 100 year old trees, the sidewalks get some action.

Traipsing through a particularly leaf covered area yesterday, Alex yelled, "Andrew! Mommy! Follow me, I'm blazing our trail."

Today, on our way to get Alex, Andrew explained, "Mommy you can't walk through those leaves until I blaze a trail. It is very dangerous to walk through leaves. Wait until I'm doing blazing. Ok, Mommy?"
